We Just Made Our Mark.  

It’s official: our colleagues at DRPG have been named Video Production Agency of the Year at the Communicate Lens Awards 2025. They stacked up four epic wins that prove our extended team doesn’t just create content, they craft experiences that resonate, just like us. 

They also took home gold in three project categories: 

Best Video Targeted to the Internal Audience – BT Moments That Matter film 

Best Live or Experiential Video – EE Live Big Broadcast 

Best Animation – WCCC Uniform Reveal film 

And while trophies are always a bonus, it’s the impact that matters most, pushing creative boundaries, breaking the mould, and making content that isn’t just seen, but felt. Huge congratulations to the team at DRPG for continuing to break the mould and set new standards. 

Award-Winning Work 

BT Moments That Matter put the spotlight on BT’s game-changing family leave policy, raising the bar for support for new parents and caregivers. This film was more than corporate statements; it was about real people, raw experiences and the moments that shape their lives. From celebrating new beginnings to navigating the challenges of caregiving, employees shared their stories, making the impact of this policy impossible to ignore. Bold, human and unapologetically real, this is what it means to back your people when it matters most. Read more about the project. 

EE Live Big Broadcast ripped up the rulebook on hybrid events, injecting live energy and bold storytelling into an experience that hit different. Inspired by the punchy, unfiltered spirit of The Big Breakfast, it blended interactive segments, pre-recorded films and live discussions to keep things fast, fresh and full of personality. EE’s own team stepped up as presenters and contributors, owning the stage alongside Rylan Clark, who brought his signature energy to the mix. The result? Audiences hooked, momentum unleashed and numbers that speak for themselves – 91% of employees felt proud of their colleagues, 87% gained clarity on their roles and 86% left fired up for the future. Worcestershire County Cricket Club’s kit launch shook things up. The goal was to fuse the club’s legacy with a fresh, modern edge and build unstoppable hype for the season ahead. The result was a high-energy animated film that hit hard, blending bold visuals, sharp edits and dynamic storytelling to bring the kit to life. Inspired by Worcestershire’s rich heritage, DRPG crafted a narrative that resonated with fans, players and sponsors alike – and the numbers prove it. 5+ million views, record-breaking pre-orders for the 2024 shirt and a major surge in Vitality Blast ticket sales. This truly was a fearless campaign that didn’t just celebrate the club’s identity, it pushed it forward. Read more about the project.
