Tuesday evening saw Lloyds Bank’s ‘Gameplan Live’ event visit the all-new VOX conference facility at Resorts World, Birmingham, on the latest leg of their UK tour.
The centerpiece of the evening saw Chief Economist at Lloyds Bank, Trevor Williams interviewed by business Journalist and BBC presenter Declan Curry, and offered up some refreshingly straight answers to questions regarding the current status and predications for the UK economy.
After a superb 3-course dinner in the impressive surroundings of Birmingham’s newest conference facility, the evening closed with a panel discussion between business leaders from across the West Midlands.
Andrew Jones, Senior Designer at OWB, who attended the event said ‘It was exciting to gain a sneak preview at the Resorts World complex, I enjoyed listening to all of the speakers, who were well marshalled by Declan Curry.’
Having visited 4 UK venues, Gameplan live will now move on to a further 10 around the UK before closing in Sheffield on 26th November.
