Following a visit from the Investors in People auditors and a complete standard review, OWB is proud to announce we have retained our IIP status for 2015.
IIP, the management framework for high performance through people, is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence, and the accreditation is important in emphasising OWB’s core value of being ‘extremely passionate about our clients, our people and what we do’.
After interviewing all members of staff, the auditor commented that OWB were an all-round very collaborative, social and happy team, and the general feedback received was excellent.
Shari Bryan, OWB Client Services Director, commented: “We pride ourselves on being a hands-on agency with a shared ‘can-do’ attitude, and this is confirmed through our IIP recognition. The term ‘work hard, play hard’ definitely applies to us, and we want that happy, social energy to continue to flow through creatively into all of our client projects.”
