Last week our very own thrill-seeker Shari took to the skies for her wing walk in support of MacIntyre our charity of the year. The charity has been providing support to adults and children with learning disabilities for 50 years.
strapped in on the top wing of a Boeing-Stearman Model 75, flying over the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, the plane performed swoops and dives for an exhilarating 15 minutes.
Shari commented: ‘’The wing walk has been an amazing experience which I would definitely do again. I am also really pleased to have raised over £800 so far for our charity of the year, to help them to continue the amazing work that they do. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this total so far”.
